If you're near Shea and the 51, you've probably passed Shea Corporate Center countless times.
It's the two-story office complex tucked into the northeast corner of Shea and the freeway, next to Desert Voices and just south of the Mercer-area homes.
Last year, neighbors learned the property could look very different.
An out-of-state developer filed to rezone the site for a four-story, 169-unit apartment project.
And people around there took action in response.
